Due to growing business contracts, we are currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters for a 7/7 roster in Totley Township. DIDO and FIFO packages available to the right candidate.

Your commitment to working in a team environment and complying with all aspects of workplace health & safety procedures is a must.

Key tasks:

The role is responsible for carrying out Heavy Diesel repairs and maintenance across all heavy earth moving equipment on site.

• Carry out maintenance and repairs of all heavy earth moving equipment on site
• Complete all maintenance administration requirements in a timely and legible manner
• Operate equipment in a safe and respectful manner
• Actively participate in toolbox and safety meetings
• Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment and JHA’s  and SWP’s where necessary for specific work areas
• Report to the Site Maintenance Supervisor

You must:

• Hold a Trade qualification as a heavy diesel fitter
• Hold a Current Drivers Licence
• Have a Coal Board Medical and S11
• Actively participate in safety meetings and safety initiatives
• Take pride in your work
• Provide employment references
• Maintain a positive attitude and outlook within the workplace
